An Easy & Fun Way to Deal with CoronaVirus
This will be short…because if you're anything like me, altho
you may be wary and a bit scared, you're probably SICK of hearing about
coronavirus!
And those never-ending messages from the CEO or Manager of
restaurants, airlines, car rental agencies, stores, local agencies, churches…
you know…
the gamut of everything we do in our lives…
Well, if you have read them, you may have come to the same
conclusion I have that someone sent them a standardized something to say, and
they all copied and pasted, then changed the names involved!
That being said, in case you didn't know, I'm going to include the basics of what to do. I, for one, actually did NOT know the 20 second rule until this past week!
Hopefully if everyone takes extra care, we can do what this picture says...Cancel the Coronavirus!
The Basics of CoronaVirus Prevention & Care…
- Wash your hands for 20 seconds, especially after being in a public space, shaking hands, etc.
- If you don't have soap & water, use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all areas & rub together until they your hands feel dry
- Avoid touching your hands to your eyes, mouth, and nose with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with sick people
- Stay home when you're sick except to get medical care
- If you are sick, wear a face mask
- You do not need a face mask unless you are sick, because they are to protect people FROM the germs of a sick person. Unless the mask is fitted to you, germs can still get in.
- Clean & disinfect surfaces daily
- If surfaces are dirty, use soap & water prior to disinfecting them.
It's actually really easy, and can be fun and relaxing!
Cliff Note version…
- Go outside and get some sunshine so your body can absorb some natural Vitamin D. Read the article below and you'll see why that works, & how the discovery was made.
- And open your windows and let the fresh air flow through your home!
That's it!
